Our poppy seed stollen is lovingly made by hand and baked in a loaf pan. We paint the poppies by hand and fresh before each production. A thin layer of dough then surrounds the poppy seeds so that they are particularly juicy.
After baking, we spread the poppy seed stollen with pure margarine, which is palm oil-free, sugared and powdered with decorative powder. If you like good poppy seeds, you'll love this stollen.
